Anatomy

Layered structure, ligaments, fat compartments, vascular routes — the foundation every technique starts from.

02

Safety

Danger zones, early signs of complications, action algorithms and real clinical cases dissected.

03

Precision

Ultrasound diagnostics, personalised botulinum therapy, thread lifting as controlled reconstruction, microneedling.

04

Regeneration

Collagen strategies without overcorrection, managed neocollagenesis, aesthetic gynaecology and multimodal bioregeneration.

What the congress is

The Architecture of Aesthetics is PlatinumMed's international congress for aesthetic-medicine physicians. Two days in Brussels built as one line of thought: anatomy and complications first, then the clinical technologies that rest on that anatomy.

Day one is a full anatomical day with Tetiana Yurchenko: seven hours on the layered structure of the face, safe levels of correction and complications — recognise, differentiate, act. Day two brings ten clinical talks: from ultrasound diagnostics and botulinum therapy to collagen strategies, aesthetic gynaecology and bioregeneration.

What you take home

  • The anatomical case for every technique you already do — and the ones you are about to learn.
  • Action algorithms for complications: classification, early signs, differential diagnosis, correction, prevention.
  • Ten short, dense talks by practitioners — no filler, only the clinical logic of choice.
  • A PlatinumMed international congress diploma and two evenings with colleagues from across Europe.

Who it is for

Cosmetologists and dermatologists

Who work with fillers, toxin and threads and want to see the anatomy under the needle rather than guess it.

Plastic surgeons

Who want a systematic view of minimally invasive methods and a current take on complications.

Gynaecologists

Aesthetic gynaecology and local tissue-restoration protocols have a block of their own on day two.

Those starting out

Day one lays the foundation beginners start from — and the experienced come back to.

Congress programme

Two days, two storylines: an anatomy day and a day of clinical technologies. Both in the Merode hall; lunch and coffee breaks included.

Preliminary programme: times and the order of talks may still change.

What Demo Speaking is

Demo Speaking is a live demonstration by a practising injector in front of colleagues: they perform a procedure and narrate every step as they go.

The Live Injection format

The speaker takes a model and injects — filler, threads — right on stage, under the camera, explaining every step into the microphone.

  • Why this zone and this exact entry point
  • Which dangerous structure — a vessel, a nerve — they are steering around right now
  • Which injection technique they use and why: bolus, linear retrograde, fanning
  • How the tissues respond — in real time

And answers questions from the room while working — hard ones, argued from evidence-based medicine.

Why be in Brussels

Anatomy and technique in one logic

Most conferences give techniques without a foundation, or anatomy without application. Here day one explains why day two works.

Seven hours on complications — honestly

Complications happen to everyone. The difference is whether you recognise them early and whether you have an algorithm. Half a day is exactly that, with real cases.

Ten subjects in one day

A 15–20-minute format forces a speaker to say what matters. You get a cross-section of what works now — from ultrasound guidance to bioregeneration.

A European stage and colleagues from many countries

Brussels is the centre of Europe, easy to reach from Ukraine and the EU. Demo Speaking on the first evening and the gala dinner on the second are where acquaintances turn into partnerships.

An international congress diploma

A document worth hanging in your practice and showing a patient: two days, eleven hours of scientific content, an international faculty.

Participation

One form of participation covering both days — €1,500. Seats in the hall are limited: a request holds your seat, and the manager confirms the payment terms.

Good to know

Getting there

Brussels Airport (BRU) is 20 minutes by train from the centre; Charleroi (CRL) takes the low-cost flights. From Paris, Amsterdam, Cologne and London, high-speed trains reach Brussels-Midi in 1.5–2 hours.

Documents

Ukrainian citizens with a biometric passport need no visa for a short stay in Belgium. Participants from other non-EU countries should check visa requirements in advance; an organiser's invitation letter is available on request.

Language

Talks are given in Ukrainian and Russian. Presentation materials stay with the speakers; questions are welcome after every block.

Accommodation

The easiest is to stay at the Crowne Plaza Brussels itself, where the congress takes place, or nearby — the centre is a few metro stops away. Hotel recommendations are sent after registration.

Dress code

Smart casual during the day. Cocktail attire for the gala dinner on 28 November.
